Limited Warranty Program

Your new home comes with a lot of great features. And, there’s one more that you can add to eliminate worries about big repair bills – for years beyond the typical one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

You won’t need to worry about your heating or air conditioning, your plumbing system, your home’s structure, your electrical system or any originally installed major appliance covered under the Homes of Merit “1-7-10” Limited Warranty*. The program pays the cost of certain repairs, including parts and labor in full for the first year and 6 more years with a nominal deductible. It covers described items that fail to perform their intended function during the term of your coverage. The structural coverage continues through year 10.
