Florida Modular Home

Modular Solutions for Builders and Developers

Imagine building single-family homes - in rural or urban settings - faster and with fewer headaches. Imagine simplifying the way you build by simplifying the way your projects are planned, sourced and delivered; reducing your risks related to financing, insurance, unreliable subcontractors and weather-related issues; and freeing yourself from managing your build sites so you can spend more time managing other aspects of your business.

Our modular construction solution makes it all possible - opening up a world of opportunity by allowing you to build high-quality homes in less time, with fewer risks and fewer headaches.

What is Modular Construction?

For decades, builders have been improving and shortening the construction process by incorporating factory-assembled components like pre-hung doors, cabinet modules and roof trusses. Modern modular construction is just an extension of this evolution.

We simply assemble larger components (known as 'modules') in a manufacturing facility utilizing the same materials and construction codes used in the traditional-built construction process, but with all the benefits of a controlled manufacturing environment and improved quality control systems.

Once the modules are completed, they are carefully transported to your construction site, and then quickly and easily assembled on your foundation. The result is a home that's well on its way to completion within 48 hours of arriving at your site.
